The short answer

You approve the proposed changes before Arrow carries them out. Arrow prepares the tracking scope and the agreed work; your business confirms the facts, access and publication decisions. Naming a reviewer early makes that approval process easier to run.

Approve business facts as well as wording

The starting plan identifies the question panel, two selected AI tools, first improvements and proposed dates. Review the actual claims a page will make: service boundaries, prices, customer eligibility and how someone can contact you. A polished draft still needs a factual review.

Give one person responsibility for gathering feedback from the relevant team. For a page deliverable, the published offer includes one consolidated revision. Conflicting comments from several reviewers should be reconciled before the agreed feedback is sent.

Make publishing responsibility explicit

Confirm whether Arrow, your web provider or your internal team will publish each change. The required permissions depend on that arrangement. Access to analytics does not necessarily give someone permission to edit a page, and a draft approval does not confirm that the page is live.

At the monthly review, compare completed deliverables with the approved list and agree the next work. If new facts or a larger requirement appear, update the scope before execution. A dated approval and a live URL make the decision easier to trace later.

What to check

  1. Name the business reviewer and the publishing owner.
  2. Confirm the facts, scope and publication destination before approval.
  3. Return one consolidated feedback set and verify the published page.

A practical example

Illustrative example: the marketing lead approves a revised service page after the operations team confirms delivery areas. The existing web provider publishes it, and the final URL is checked against the approved copy before the task is marked complete.

These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
