The short answer

Arrow offers a free initial audit and a scoped proposal before paid work is approved. The intake collects business context and the priority problem so Arrow can define useful next steps. A free audit is a starting assessment; it does not automatically activate unrestricted platform access or begin a managed subscription.

Prepare a useful audit brief

Share the public website, the business name used by customers, the main service or product and the market you want to assess. Include one or two questions a prospective buyer actually asks. Explain an observed problem with its source, such as an inaccurate description or a missing service detail.

Public links are usually more useful at this stage than a large private document collection. Avoid credentials and customer records in the intake. If confidential information becomes necessary, agree the appropriate delivery process first.

Review the proposal before approving work

The next decision is the proposed scope: which questions and tools will be observed, what changes will be made, who approves them and how completion will be checked. Website readiness findings should be distinguished from recorded AI answers.

A recommendation to fix a source page is not proof that the assistant will use it. Ask for concrete deliverables and a record of the initial observations, then decide whether platform access, managed delivery or an internal implementation best fits the problem.

What to check

  1. Provide a public domain and the primary business decision.
  2. Ask which findings are verified and which need further investigation.
  3. Approve the paid scope and terms explicitly before delivery starts.

A practical example

A company submits a public service page and an inaccurate AI response. The initial discussion separates the factual correction from broader tracking work, allowing the company to approve only the scope it needs.

These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
