The managed plans schedule four checks per monthly cycle for each agreed question on each of two selected AI tools. This is a dated observation schedule, not continuous monitoring of every conversation people have with AI.
Understand the size of the scheduled panel
The published plans track 20 questions on Start, 40 on Growth and 60 on Scale. Multiplying questions by two tools and four checks gives 160, 320 and 480 scheduled answer checks per monthly cycle. These are observations Arrow schedules, not counts of people searching.
The initial question list should reflect the buying decisions your business wants to understand. Preserve the agreed wording, language and market when comparing rounds. If the panel changes, record that change so a different sample is not mistaken for an improvement in the same sample.
Read dates and collection methods together
Your dashboard identifies the tool, collection method and date. A provider API response and an answer observed in a consumer application are different observation surfaces. Read the label before comparing results across tools or against an answer you saw yourself.
Some dashboard information may be imported or reviewed by the Arrow team. Confirm the update schedule during setup rather than assuming a live feed. Failed or unavailable checks are recorded separately and retried once under the published scope.
What to check
- Confirm the question count, two tools and four-round schedule.
- Read the date and collection method for each observation.
- Separate scheduled checks from successful answers and real visitor traffic.
A practical example
Illustrative example: a Start panel contains 20 questions. Four rounds across two tools schedule 160 checks. If a tool is unavailable during one round, the report keeps that gap visible rather than presenting 160 successful answers.
