Begin with public business information, public URLs and non-confidential buyer questions. Arrow’s trust center explains that provider-backed tests may send domain or brand context and prompts to configured AI APIs. Agree any additional data, access, retention and review responsibilities before using private material.
Keep public-source analysis focused
A service description, public product documentation or published pricing page is usually appropriate evidence for an answer about the business. Customer lists, passwords, private contracts and unpublished records generally do not belong in a public visibility test.
Remove identifying details from examples drawn from customer conversations. A question about a buying decision can often be tested without the original person’s name, email or account history. Confirm provider settings and processing terms for the actual workflow.
Understand the difference between browsing and submitting
The trust center distinguishes optional analytics from actions such as form submission, booking and API-backed tests. Declining analytics does not prevent a requested form or test from sending the data needed to perform that action.
Ask where observations and submitted information are stored, who can access them and how export or deletion requests are handled. Public security descriptions are not a certification of every client deployment; project-specific requirements belong in the agreed scope.
What to check
- Use public URLs and anonymized, non-confidential questions.
- Confirm which providers and storage systems receive the data.
- Agree access, retention and export requirements for the client workflow.
A practical example
A company tests a public service-selection question instead of uploading a private customer conversation. If a later project requires confidential documents, it scopes that workflow separately.

These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
