Arrow’s managed plans provide for available website analytics to be connected or imported and for visits and inquiries to be shown where measurable. They do not promise an automatic connection to every CRM. Confirm the specific analytics property, CRM, fields, refresh method and any implementation cost before approving the scope.
Distinguish a connection from an import
A direct integration, a scheduled export and a manually checked import may all support a report, but they have different freshness and maintenance requirements. Ask which mechanism is proposed and who owns failures or changes to the source system.
A dashboard should identify the data period and last successful update. If analytics consent or tracking configuration limits visibility, the report should preserve that limitation. Missing data should not silently become zero visits or zero inquiries.
Test the business event you want to measure
Choose a specific conversion, such as an accepted inquiry form or a confirmed booking. Check that a test reaches the correct destination and that a click is not mistaken for a submitted lead. New integrations and repairs outside the agreed work are separately scoped.
Website analytics and CRM stages describe different parts of the journey. Keep referral evidence, self-reported discovery and eventual revenue distinct, with a documented attribution rule. Do not assume a CRM connection can recover a visitor’s private AI conversation.
What to check
- Name the exact property, CRM and fields required.
- Confirm direct connection versus import and the update schedule.
- Test one inquiry path and distinguish clicks, leads and qualified outcomes.
A practical example
A team imports a monthly analytics export and checks submitted forms in its CRM. It labels that report as a monthly import rather than presenting it as a live native connection.
