The short answer

A hotel website visibility audit should examine property identity, factual guest answers, source access, booking navigation and evidence consistency. If AI responses are collected, record their questions, surfaces and dates separately. Arrow’s Miami rankings provide source-listed comparison inventories, guest-information coverage scores and a phone popup; the estimates do not replace a current property audit.

Inspect the source and inquiry paths

Check that a guest can identify the correct property and reach the official booking or inquiry destination. Review the pages that explain stay conditions and facilities rather than relying only on the homepage.

For technical source checks, record what was actually accessible, the method used and any blocked requests. A blocked request is missing evidence, not a zero score.

Make each finding actionable

Attach an affected URL, the factual or usability issue, an owner and an acceptance check. Proposed audit topics on a shortlist are hypotheses for review; they do not demonstrate that a property has a defect.

A useful report can state that source facts were corrected while AI citation coverage remains unobserved. Those are compatible findings and should not be combined into a fabricated success score.

What to check

  1. Confirm the property, source URLs and official booking path.
  2. Keep access failures distinct from observed defects.
  3. Require evidence and an acceptance check for each proposed change.

A practical example

An illustrative audit finds two inconsistent parking descriptions and a booking link pointing to the wrong property. The team corrects both, tests the links and records AI observations as a separate workstream.

Sources and further reading

These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
