Arrow GEO Start includes 20 agreed buyer questions, two selected AI tools, four scheduled observation rounds per monthly cycle and two competitors for comparison. Setup includes two agreed improvements; ongoing delivery includes one agreed improvement per month, a private dashboard and a written summary. Available visits and inquiries are reported where measurable.
Understand what the question count represents
Twenty questions checked on two tools four times schedules 160 answer checks per monthly cycle. This is a testing schedule, not a count of customer conversations or successful recommendations. Failed and unavailable checks are reported separately; the published plan describes one retry.
The exact tool and collection method matter. An API response must be identified separately from an observation in a consumer app. Agree the questions and business identity first so the initial report becomes a useful baseline.
Define the improvement before counting it
An agreed improvement might be a rewritten service page, one specific page fix, or a documented correction request to an external website with one follow-up. A new page can replace a rewrite when a useful answer is missing. Its scope and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance.
A minor text edit is not a whole page, and a request sent to a directory is not a verified published correction. Larger development work is quoted separately. Start is suited to a focused queue of improvements that the business can approve and maintain.
What to check
- Approve all 20 questions and the two selected tools.
- Name the two launch improvements and the first monthly priority.
- Check how unsuccessful observations and external correction requests are labelled.
A practical example
A service business uses setup to clarify its main service page and fix one inaccurate identity field. The next monthly change addresses a pricing question discovered during the review.

These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
