The short answer

An Arrow GEO engagement does not necessarily require a new website. The published managed plans allow work through the existing website, the current web provider or an Arrow-managed space. Confirm the publishing method, permissions, hosting costs and responsibilities before payment. Compatibility with a specific CMS should be assessed for the proposed changes.

Review what can actually be changed

A text rewrite, a canonical correction and a new answer collection can have very different publishing requirements. Check whether the current platform lets the responsible person edit the page body, metadata, navigation and relevant structured information. Identify staging and rollback options.

A CMS name alone does not settle the question. Themes, extensions, access levels and the existing publishing process can all affect the scope. Ask for a review of the actual site rather than assuming a universal one-click integration.

Choose the smallest maintainable publishing change

Where an existing page already answers the right question, improving it can be preferable to creating a competing URL. When a distinct resource is needed, decide where it fits in the site and how users will discover it. A subdomain is one organizational option, not a prerequisite.

The owner should know who maintains links, content and any host configuration after launch. Include publication verification in the task: inspect the real URL, its canonical, its visible content and the inquiry path.

What to check

  1. Identify page, metadata and navigation editing capabilities.
  2. Agree who publishes and who can undo a faulty change.
  3. Confirm whether hosting or larger development is separately quoted.

A practical example

A business keeps its existing CMS and asks its web provider to publish approved service-page edits. A separate answer hub is considered only if the content needs its own maintained structure.
