The Miami hotel pages score documented guest information in a bounded review of up to four public property pages. The 28 criteria total 100 points: identity 15, booking conditions 25, stay decisions 25, evidence 20 and conversion routes 15. Each supported criterion earns its fixed weight. Unverified or insufficient sources receive no score. The result is not a hotel-quality rating, business-potential estimate or measured AI recommendation.
Understand what is available publicly
Each segment has a podium and table sorted by documented guest-information coverage. Tied scores share rank. The full inventory remains visible, including unassessed properties. Official property and brand logos identify hotels; labeled initials are used where verified assets are unavailable.
The public dataset preserves the dated reviewed URLs, criterion weights and individual results. A criterion not found in reviewed pages may exist elsewhere on the website. Guest questions are proposed audit topics, not observed demand.

Keep source coverage separate from AI observations
A guest-information coverage score is a website signal assessment, not an observed position in an AI answer. Any later observation panel needs its own questions, surfaces, dates and complete response evidence.
A phone submission grants access to the ranking after the inquiry is stored. It does not calculate a personal hotel score or demonstrate a new AI recommendation.
What to check
- Read the 28-criterion guest-information method before interpreting a score.
- Keep unscored properties and tied scores explicit.
- Require dated response evidence before claiming AI recommendations.
A practical example
A property can document room choices and contact routes while leaving cancellation and parking conditions unclear in the reviewed pages. It earns only the supported criteria. Further pages or a later review may change the score.
