Assign an owner to each answer and track the facts on which it depends. Review a page when its product, evidence, policy or audience changes, and use scheduled checks to catch missed changes. Maintain existing links, merge overlapping answers when appropriate and update the review date only after a substantive check.
Keep a manageable review register
A compact register can hold the URL, question, content owner, source owner, last substantive review, open issue and next trigger. Do not mistake a successful page request for a factual review. Availability and accuracy need different checks.
When an assistant produces a wrong statement, capture the response and investigate the cited source before rewriting the answer. The problem may come from another public source, an ambiguous offer or a one-off generation error.
Make changes traceable
Describe material corrections and preserve relevant evidence internally. Keep useful URLs stable; where a page is retired, choose a destination that actually answers the old question rather than sending every URL to the homepage.
After publication, verify the reading path and repeat the relevant observation protocol. Report the corrected source as completed work, and report any AI response changes separately.
What to check
- Record the owner, sources, important dependencies and correction route for each page.
- Prioritize changed commercial facts, broken sources and observed inaccuracies.
- Check internal links, redirects, sitemap entries and search results after a release.
A practical example
If a supported integration changes, update the integration answer and any comparison that depends on it. Record the changed fact once, then review the dependent pages. Changing every page’s date would not establish that those dependencies were checked.
Sources and further reading
These steps are Arrow AI's implementation guidance. The example is illustrative; it is not a measured customer result. Publication and source access do not guarantee an AI recommendation.
