The short answer

The managed plans increase the number of questions, competitors and agreed improvements. Start covers 20 questions and two competitors; Growth covers 40 and three; Scale covers 60 and five. All three use two agreed AI tools and four scheduled rounds per monthly cycle. Scope remains one business, one language and one market per plan.

Match delivery capacity to your content queue

Setup includes two, three or four improvements for Start, Growth or Scale respectively. Ongoing delivery includes one, two or three improvements per month. Start provides a written monthly summary; Growth adds a 20-minute monthly call, and Scale includes two 20-minute calls.

The larger panel is useful when it covers additional buying decisions that matter. Adding near-identical questions can increase the count without improving the usefulness of the report. Confirm how question variants are grouped before choosing a tier.

Compare setup and recurring fees together

As checked on September 30, 2026, Start is $990 setup plus $490 monthly, Growth is $790 plus $790 monthly, and Scale is $1,490 plus $1,290 monthly. Growth has a lower setup fee than Start but a higher ongoing fee. It should be selected for its scope, not because setup alone is cheaper.

Review who can approve and publish the additional work. A business with a slow review process may benefit more from completing one important change than from accumulating a larger backlog. Confirm extras and commercial terms in the proposal.

What to check

  1. Compare 20, 40 and 60 questions against distinct audience decisions.
  2. Ensure your reviewer can handle the monthly improvement volume.
  3. Compare setup, monthly fees, review calls and external costs together.

A practical example

A company with one priority service chooses a focused panel. A company with several distinct buyer objections may need more questions and two monthly improvements, even when both companies use the same two AI tools.
